Ali and Shadi’s in-home engagement session in Indianapolis, Indiana was so romantic and intimate; I love their love for each other! Whenever I start to plan engagement sessions with my couples, I always ask, “What do you two like to do together?” not only so that I can get to know them better, but also to see if there’s a more personal and unique way to photograph their relationship. These two have a tradition where they make pasta from scratch at home together, so for their engagement photoshoot we decided to incorporate it to capture their relationship as authentic and true to their love story as possible.

Another reason this engagement photoshoot is so unique is because these were taken in their brand new home they built together, so photographing this engagement session here really captured this fun new season of life for them to always remember.
